Shipping & Returns

TheBunny.co.nz ships items within New Zealand wherever possible by Signature Required, Track and Trace Courier. Shipping for parcels is via overnight courier and is shipped on Monday to Thursday. Saturday delivery is not available. Wherever possible the parcel will be shipped on the order day or the day following receipt of cleared payment.

For orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the parcel will be shipped on the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING for small items is through standard New Zealand Post. We will happily ship these items by courier at the buyers expense.
All items sent by TheBunny.co.nz will be sent in a plain courier bag or envelope. Due to the high risk of posting jewellery, plain packaging reduces the risk of inteferance.

TheBunny.co.nz uses New Zealand Couriers or CourierPost for all New Zealand wide shipping.

Within New Zealand the courier package will require a signature on delivery. The signature of the purchaser, or that of any agent acting on the purchasers behalf, will be deemed as the transfer of title. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier company will retain the parcel until delivery or collection can be arranged. Saturday delivery is available for re-deliveries after a card to call is left by the courier company.

Most, but not all items on this web site are stocked by TheBunny.co.nz, and we will endeavour to deliver the products to you within a reasonable time frame. If a suitable delivery date cannot be achieved, an estimated date of delivery will be emailed to the purchaser. If this delivery date is not suitable to the purchaser, then the purchaser has the right to cancel the order by return email, upon which any monies will be returned in full.

TheBunny.co.nz can not be made responsible for "out of stock" situations from their suppliers. As most of our items come from overseas, TheBunny.co.nz are unable to forsee delivery times, and items can take up to 8 weeks to arrive in New Zealand.

International

PayPal is the ONLY payment method we will accept for all orders placed outside of New Zealand.
TheBunny.co.nz will ship to most countries outside of New Zealand. Some countries we are unable to ship to due to agreements with the New Zealand Government. If you would like to enquire further about our shipping destinations, please Contact Us

The base shipping rate for all retail international orders is $70NZD, plus an additional amount depending on the number, dimensions and weight of items. For wholesale customers please see our wholesale page for further information regarding shipping costs.

For international shipping, wherever possible a tracking number will be used for all orders, however this option is often more costly than the shipping charges specified. Due to the high risk of our items, it is common for parcels to be 'lost' in transit if a signature required tracking number is not used.

We can ship our Playboy branded items to the following international destinations, however the purchaser will need to ensure there are no governmental restrictions for delivering to the selected country.

Our Guarantee

TheBunny.co.nz guarantees to replace any items which are faulty or damaged.
Wherever possible, the item will be replaced with the same item, however on some occasions, it may be necessary to replace with a similar item instead. This will always be confirmed with the purchaser first.
Where a replacement item is not available and an alternative item is not suitable, TheBunny.co.nz will offer a store credit of the amount of purchase, excluding shipping costs, which can be used within 12 months of the purchase date.

Methods of Payment

New Zealand personal or bank cheque payments are also accepted, made out to "Distinct Jewellery Limited" and these can be sent to TheBunny.co.nz, 91 Denbigh Street, Feilding, New Zealand, 4702.
Ordered items will be held until all payments have been received and cleared.

All Q Card purchases will automatically receive 3 months interest free.

All international payments must be made through PayPal. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other international credit cards. TheBunny.co.nz reserves the right to refuse purchases or hold items until payment has been suitably received and cleared under our terms and conditions.

If for any reason an order is cancelled, all refunds will be given via the same means of payment, i.e. If paying by Visa Card, the refund will be sent back to the same Visa Card Account.

Please note that all refunds will be paid minus any fees charged, such as PayPal fees and merchant service fees.

Currency

All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars. Any international orders will be charged in New Zealand dollars and shipping will be calculated on a case by case basis.

Lay-by Policy

TheBunny.co.nz offers a lay-by option for New Zealand purchases over $30. All lay-bys must be completed within two months of the acceptance date, unless otherwise agreed upon. All lay-by documents must be signed and returned to TheBunny.co.nz before the items can be released. The lay-by will not commence until the initial deposit has been paid and cleared. Upon receipt of the first payment, the lay-by terms will be enforceable, regardless of whether the agreement has been signed and returned or not.

All lay-bys are subject to an additional $10 booking fee which will be added to the purchase price when this payment method is selected.

Returns Policy

At TheBunny.co.nz we want your shopping experience to be a pleasure without any perceived risk by you. We are happy to exchange or replace with 30 days under most conditions;

All returns must be approved by www.TheBunny.co.nz

before the product will be accepted. Any returned items sent without prior approval will be returned to the sender without hesitation.
- No refunds or exchanges will be given where you have simply changed your mind.
- Where an item is damaged, TheBunny.co.nz will endeavour to replace the item with the same or similar product.
- TheBunny.co.nz are under no obligation to provide a cash refund if the item is in new condition and is as advertised.
- You have 30 days from the date of the product is dispatched to return the products back to us. At our discretion, we may provide you with a store credit of an amount equal to the cost of the Product(s), excluding our handling fee and all freight costs.
- We will endeavour to replace the returned item with the same item wherever possible. If it is not possible to do so, we will offer a suitable replacement with a similar acceptable item, or a store credit will be issued. Replacement items will be agreed upon by both parties before replacement is sent.
- All returns both inside and outside of New Zealand must be first authorised by TheBunny.co.nz via email. TheBunny.co.nz will advise of the returns procedure. TheBunny.co.nz is not responsible for any costs incurred for any returns.
- TheBunny.co.nz customers will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
- All Products returned must be returned in their original unused condition, specifications and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the Products. Products can not be returned if they have been engraved, modified, damaged, altered or sized.
- If it is found that the item has been worn, used or purposfully damaged by the purchaser, TheBunny.co.nz are under no obligation to replace the item, and may return the damaged item to the customer.
- With the range of watches, we are currently not offering a warrantee, so in the event of the return of a damaged watch, we are only able to offer replacement with an alternative style watch currently in stock, or a store credit. In certain circumstances a refund may be offered. All refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Wrap the Product securely and contact TheBunny.co.nz for a return address to send the goods to. The invoice or receipt which accompanied the Products (copies are acceptable) must be included with the parcel. If items are shipped to our postal address they may not be received.

Please ensure if you are returning jewellery that it is posted in plain packaging WITHOUT the word 'jewellery' on the outside of the parcel.

- Where the Products arrived damaged by the delivery company, immediately contact the delivery company. And within 24 hours, Contact Us via email stating the nature of the damage.

We will then endeavour to replace the item, and seek compensation from the courier company.

All and any items returned to TheBunny.co.nz will be at the purchasers expence. TheBunny.co.nz is not responsible for paying for shipping of any returned items.
