ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID VIA PAYPAL.
If any international orders are paid for by credit card, TheBunny.co.nz will hold the order until the credit card payment has been sufficiently cleared and accepted by our New Zealand bank. This can lead to delays of several weeks or even months before the order is shipped. Processing can take up to and in excess of 30 working days.
We do not under any circumstances accept money orders, cheques or credit cards issued by foreign (non-NZ) banks.
We will ship to most other countries, with some exceptions. At this time, we do not ship to any destinations which are in conflict with New Zealand or any associated countries. Please see our shipping page for a full list of countries we can ship to.
All international orders are shipped via International AirMail, unless otherwise requested or paid for. Wherever possible shipping will be decided based upon the availability of a tracking number. Depending on the destination country and seasonal delays, international orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at the intended destination. Usually, items will arrive within 4 weeks.
All international orders are subject to approval, and may be cancelled at any time at our discretion.
